With over two decades of experience leading national sales, operations, and business development across major consumer brands, she has lived the very challenges she now teaches others to navigate — resilience, change, and the courage to start again.
Her journey has included boardrooms, burnout, and bold restarts. From rebuilding her career after personal loss and breast cancer, to launching new ventures (including a successful small business during the pandemic), Michelle’s story is proof that “what looks like an ending is often an invitation.”
Today, she speaks, writes, and coaches on how to pivot with purpose — to transform disruption into direction and create the next chapter with intention. Through her signature Pivot & Rise talks and forthcoming book, she shares stories and strategies that help others not just survive change, but rise because of it.
A proud single mom of three daughters — one a Division I athlete — Michelle has called the Bradenton–Sarasota area home for more than a decade. Her family reminds her daily that the real measure of success isn’t what we build, but who we become along the way.
